Quizzes 
I have run the Xe and HiFX quizzes since 2016. These were held in a local pub which was hired out for the evening, teams were formed and food and drink was supplied. My colleagues often tell me it's the work social highlight of their year.
I put lots of effort into making these as enjoyable and inclusive for all involved as possible. I pay extra special attention to the music round at the end of the night when everyone is merry, these always end up with 100+ players having a fantastic sing-along.
Also, throughout lockdown, the internal communications manger and I hosted a weekly quiz over Teams. This was held every Friday it was a great way for our colleagues to still meet up and have fun.
Christmas and Summer Parties! 
It was great fun to be able to design the Christmas and Summer party invites each year.
We ended up using a jokey party mascot that colleagues demanded come back and appear on every invite, Sammy the party sausage and Penelope the Party Pineapple!
Charity bike ride 
2020 was a challenging for all of us living through a pandemic. I signed up for the London to Brighton alongside six of my colleagues. The training gave me a focus that got me through tough times. Cycling is a great way to keep fit and have some focus time. 
Commitment 
For everyones safety the London to Brighton was cancelled. Thanks to creative thinking we decided to honour all the people who had sponsored us and rode 100km around the Isle of Wight. We raised over £2,000 and made some great friendships and memories.
